Whilst Social Hawk is designed to generate a week’s worth of social media content, there will be times when you simply need to publish a single announcement.
The Make Announcement feature allows you to create a one-off social media post in just a few minutes. Whether you’re sharing company news, celebrating a milestone or promoting an event, Social Hawk will transform your announcement into a polished post written in your own tone of voice.
How do you access Make Announcement?
From the Social Hawk home screen, click the large Create Content button.
You’ll then see three options:
- Create Posts For Me.
- Make Announcement.
- Custom Post Builder.
Select Make Announcement to begin.
Which platforms can you create announcements for?
Social Hawk allows you to create announcements for all of the major social media platforms.
Simply select the platform you’d like to post to and the content will be tailored to suit that channel.
You can easily switch between platforms before generating your post.
How do you tell Social Hawk what you want to say?
Once you’ve selected your platform, Social Hawk will ask you for Your Take.
This is where you explain the announcement in your own words.
The quickest way is to record a short voice note describing what you’d like to say.
If you prefer, you can simply type your announcement into the text box instead.
There’s no need to worry about getting every word perfect. Social Hawk uses your input together with your Brand Profile and Lexicon Voice Print to create a professional social media post in your natural tone of voice.

How do you generate your announcement?
Once you’ve entered your announcement, click Generate Posts.
Social Hawk will create your social media content, ready for you to review.
How do you publish your announcement?
After your post has been generated, simply copy the text and any accompanying images from Social Hawk into your preferred social media scheduling tool or publish them directly to your chosen platform.
Your announcement is then ready to share with your audience.
